10 minutes walking to Imam Khomeini square. The staff is super. Good breakfast on the roof.

Spoiler alert: If you are looking for a cosy , comfortable pad that serves tasty dishes this definitely won't be your cup of coffee 😆. The initial shock would be perhaps too much. You may complain about the complimentary breakfast, will keep a grudge while cleaning your dishes ( as a rule), might complain about steep stairs for a while but at the end what you experience at the end is pure infatuation. *The staffs here are way too helpful. * The help you too much, yes, often out of their way, without expecting anything. Reminding me of our own traditional hospitality. * Makes your stay ,thus, too easy and enjoyable. * True value .

The decor of the room is not the most modern and the mattress are awful. I have two beds in my room of which one you can feel the springs underneath and the other a little too hard. The location is not bad, with a couple of food options around and walkable to the grand bazaar and metro station. Breakfast is not acceptable, with bread, hard boiled eggs, and a plate of cream cheese, jams and milk. Staff is helpful and friendly. WiFi is on and off in the room but working strong in the common area.
