The hotel is located in a very jammed area of Tehran, the neighborhood does not feel safe and we had difficulty with calling a taxi to this location. The bathrooms were really narrow. However, the hotel's interior and garden were really nice. The staff was helpful.

Staff: - Very helpful and friendly - Usually there is at least one staff who speaks English fluently Room: - Comfortable and clean, including shower room - Air conditioner works well Food: - breakfast is buffet style, free and you can enjoy local food(8:30-10:30) - also you can have dinner here, with good quality and reasonable price(-22:00? I'm not sure) Location: - streets around the hotel are a bit complicated, but wide and well-lighted enough even at night, so you don't have to worry too much. Other: - Laundry service is available To Japanese friends: アルバイーンの祝日のため旅程の大幅な変更を余儀なくされ、1泊の予定だったこのホテルに結局5泊も滞在することになりました。当日の延泊を快く受け入れてくれ、航空機やタクシーの手配、代替案としてカシャーンへの日帰り旅行の提案や手配など献身的に行ってくれたこのホテルのスタッフなしには、私の旅行は無惨な結果に終わっていたでしょう。強いて欠点を挙げるとすればアクセス自体があまり良くない(メトロの駅から遠い)こととシャワーの水はけがいまいちだったことくらいです。ぜひご一考ください。

The hotel is very nice! I definitely recommend it for future travellers! Pros: 1.Has a very unique atmosphere. 2.Rooms are very beautiful decorated. 3.Has AC. 4.Staff is very kind and helpful. Cons: 1.Maybe towels could be a bit bigger. 2.Location can be a bit scary for some people, I didn't had any problems but at the beginning it did cross my mind that the location is a bit dodgy. 3.For the price, the hotel could invest in some shower gel and shampoo. 4.Could implement some vegetarian dishes/ fish, I don't eat meat and from the menu there was nothing I can choose. Overall a good experience!
