October 2022

We have been traveling full-time for 3 years and are a pretty easy going family used to adapting to all kinds of accommodation and situations but this has got to be the worst place we have stayed. The manager was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. There is no wifi although it is advertised. He gave us the password then told us there was no wifi and said he was trying to save on costs. The toilet and shower was not clean and shower head was broken. Breakfast is not included and costs $1 USD (he quoted breakfast as '$1 USD' and would then not accept payment in USD or Euro). We didn't order breakfast again. The manager also tried to rip us off over-charging for a taxi to the next city which he said was booked. On the morning we checked out he told us we were meant to pay 3 days in advance for a taxi (which would have meant the day we arrived) and laughed(!), saying therefore there was no taxi coming. (We ordered our own which was one third of the price and it arrived in 10 minutes!). Please be careful if you stay here. It is cheap but everything was an issue and it really tainted our stay in Isfahan (and compared to the rest of accommodation in Iran which was so friendly and welcoming!).

November 2019

We were allowed to check in super early and we got a room for couple of hours to rest (not for free obvi, but we were in need to sleep after a long long bus drive). The breakfast was hearty and nice at the rooftop terrace. The down part is that other guests were very noisy at the courtyard during the night. The location is OK, but we always had to catch a taxi from the centre after a long day full of walking and exploring.

Not expensive place, kind staff, clean place. But rooms are extremly small and not airconditioned, so it is really hard to sleep (even in April).
