Espinas Hotel Khalij Fars is a very good choice for tourists who wants to stay near the city center, and also experience good quality. We arrived very early in the morning, and asked for a room the first six hours until time for check in. The reception managed to find a free single room, put in an extra bed, and we could rest after a long flight, until check in at 2. (we did not get any receipt on the payment for this room...) Out room for the next two nights- a standard twin room - was impeccable in all ways. The breakfast was delecious, with choices for everyone. we did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel. The reception was helpful and serviceminded. The concierge tried her best, but was not on top. A trip we booked turned out not to have been booked. she obviously did not have the tools neede. when we asked for opening hours at the Museum for Contemperary Art, she was helpful and directed us on the map, and also checked the opening hours in her papers. But when we arrived at the museum, it turned out it was closed for several months, due to reconstructions. A concierge at an upmarked hotel should be given tools to find out. But again: A very good hotel, highly recommendable.

The hotel is located close to the public transportation. The room was clean, spatious and well equipped. However, the glazed facade is not well insulated and the room, facing the main road, was a bit noisy at night. Good breakfast buffet and nice pool included in the stay.

If you love visiting museums, talking to people, walking around the grand market and something like that, the Espinas Hotel is probably the right choice for you because of its location in central Tehran. it was good at least for me. In the mornings after a great breakfast, I headed to the nearby museums, which didn't take me much time to get close to. All in all, Espinas Complex hotels are among the best hotels in Tehran.
