Very nice hotel. Just a bit annoyed with announcement of rules and regulations everywhere in the room. Maybe they had some bad experience but it is not very customer friendly. For example, the night before check out they stuffed a note with check out rules under the door. They had already informed about check out when I checked in.

The hotel is great. Very confortable and clean, even tho the staff doesnt speak fluent english, its really easy to communicate with them. The only downside about this place is the location. It sits about 20 minutes(by taxi) to the center of Shiraz. Although taxis in Iran are VERY cheap, time is always expensive, so thats a thing to consider. Also, the hotel restaurant doesnt work 24/7 which is somekind of a downside. However if you are planning to stay there, there is a coffee shop with nice salads and pasts just across the street, also a mini market!

I really appreciated to be there. All the staff was very helpful and kind. A special mention to Mss. Shabazi and the bellboy who works at dawn. Nothing to complain about facilities, or service. The hotel is close to the metro, it makes easier the itinerary to the city center and it's neighborhood is vibrant at night. Breakfast is good , the sesame bread and labneh are incredible but some dishes should be cooked and freshly served. I really recommend the Hotel Elysée, it made my stay in Shiraz even more memorable.

Lovely relaxing place to stay even if it is outside the city a bit. But this doesn't matter as you can get to the city centre by metro in about 30 minutes (including walking to the metro station) for 15,000 Rials. And to the airport in 55 mins, including walking and also for 15,000 Rials. Plus you pay another 10,000 Rials for a short bus ride from metro to airport terminal. Great breakfast and great comfort in the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Only downside might be soundproofing as you can hear the water works from other rooms but its not really that big a deal. Fully recommend this hotel 😊👍

Lovely western hotel if you like that sort of thing (better to stay in a hotel with more character). Breakfast is great, but don't dine here as it is expensive. The maid service is excellent and all the staff were great. Having to pay for the pool is insane though! The neighbourhood is very affluent and locals aloof. Very anti-gov't area ,so if you wear Palestinian kefyeh, as I do, don't expect to be treated with typical Iranian warmth and don't be surprised to see women not covering their heads. It is far from the real city but the metro is excellent and very inexpensive.

Very good hotel, not in the downtown but not far from metro station. Helpful stuff, nice buffet. Only minus - wifi didn’t work for half a day (maybe it was some technical problem).
