Very beautiful hotel! Like a palace of Thousand Nights. Unfortunately we got a room at the back, on the street so it was a little noisy. The restaurant and the tea house serve good food and the breakfast was a huge buffet with lots of choices.

Nice traditional building, partly renovated. The garden is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. The breakfast is also a great sortiment of food. The main downside is thstaff. They are rude, impolite, not flexible and not capable of a 5 star service. I would rate the service 1 out of 5 in this hotel.

Not really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything in the hotel room looks old, especially the bath room facilities. The rooms are quite far from the main lobby, meaning you may have to walk a long distance to your room. Internet connection is not good. The staff are not that friendly with the guests (but not unfriendly either). As for the good points, I liked the restaurant for lunch and the open-air garden restaurant for dinner. The location is OK, quite central. Overall, just a so-so hotel. I think you can find a better hotel than this one.

I’m sure the main part of the hotel has excellent rooms, but the rooms we had in the added building, tucked away outside of the courtyard are outdated. Not what you’d expect from a hotel with such a grandeur and fantastic entrance. We experienced a strong contrast where the rooms were fitting to a motel. There are other hotel options that also have a good location and are probably better value for money.

A bit old fashioned, the Abbasi remains a myth for those who wants to stay a few ights in Isfahan ! The common areas are still breathtaking (especially the breakfast hall, and the entry), and with only minor changes, if you have the 1974 movie "And then, they were none". The bedrooms would need some refurbishments, but overall they remains very good and calm. The location is ideal, within walking distance from all the attractions and the personal is very polite and available. Breakfast as mentioned is an experience : especially for its decorum, but it is also very good and diversified (great coffee, and excellent fruits). The hotels proposes also a outdoor restaurant, in its wonderful garden. The situation is ideal, but it is a little overpriced : prefer to stay there for tea time. I recommand the Abbasi and would definitly come back there!

Lamentablemente si la habitación asignada es en el edificio anexo, la habitación es lamentable y desde luego no corresponde a lo publicitado, esperado ni, por supuesto, al importe pagado por la habitación. El baño es viejo y penoso, la habitación pequeña, con la nevera del minibar frente a las dos camita, sin ningún mueble ni nada. La moqueta vieja y gastada. Una calificación de tres estrellas sería generosa para habitación número 1229. Los servicios comunes del hotel, lo esperado y que se aprecia en las fotografías que publicitan, Nos alojamos 4 días y hubiera sido mejor cualquier otra elección.
