Hayat E Shargh hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in Mashhad. This hotel was built in 2015 and started its work in the same year.

The hotel has a lobby that can hold up to 100 people at a time, a parking lot with the capacity of holding up to 1000 vehicles, and a restaurant that can serve 300 guests at the same time. This restaurant serves different Persian dishes. The hotel also features a coffee shop that serves both hot and cold drinks, a photoshoot studio, green space, housekeeping service, laundry service, taxi service, and paid airport transfer service.
