I spent almost 3 weeks in this structure due to the localization, 20 minutes walking distance to the University of Tehran and just in front of the beautiful Laleh Park. The staff was very friendly and available to help, just at the beginning I found two members of the reception bit hostile but with the time they improved. The staff solved efficiently all my needs as taxi, cash availability, payment in euros, ordering food, room service, etc. Aspects to improve: Cleanliness of the wc and the room itself is not so efficient, the towels require a professional washing because most of them comes grey. Breakfast is very simple and of poor quality, few options, for example as a fruit they offered just old apples, missing melon and watermelon. As result, I skipped breakfast during all my stay. The overall structure is new, and it is a good option as hotel, but improving in the mentioned aspects would make it even better and the best choice in Tehran.
