The location and the Hotel itself is very beautiful. Also the room was nice. But to be honest I wouldn’t recommend it because of litte things with staff. The only nice guy was Mortesan! He does a lot of work there and is very nice. But the receptionist was not so friendly, he always wore a very dirty face mask. At check in no one was at reception and then they offered us tea, when it was finished he sayed we couldn’t drink in the room. At the end we had to pay the tea although I thought it was a welcome drink. One of the staff always set in the yard with his mobile phone and ignored us. We didn’t have breakfast just a coffee although it was included but still we had to pay. They didn’t tell us. There were just a lot of little things that didn’t let us feel welcome. The hotel itself was very beautiful though.

TERRIBLE experience. Go somewhere else, I wish I did. Especially if you’re a solo traveler and booked the single room — in the end turns out to be a corridor with a kids' bunker bed. So I locked the room and asked the reception lady for another one as I would not stay there. Ended up paying 10€ per night which is fine but not after she 1. Repeatedly pointed out I was being “too sensitive and it’s just a bed for the night” trying to convince me to stay there, 2. Pointed out I was creating a problem for other guests as the availability was limited, and 3. Treated me with a rolling eyes attitude. All that while I was calm reading my book under the tree. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. The rest of the staff was nice but not a word in English including people from the restaurant. Courtyard was nice but loud music the whole day till 10 pm and loud voices — most of the time it’s only the staff hanging out. Room (the one in the pictures, finally) needs better care and bathroom is nonsense of how small it is. Breakfast is basic but tasteful.

This hotel was in a amazing location in Shiraz, which allows you discover the city by foot. Also the place is very lovely decorated and the rooms are in perfect shape and clean. Extremly nice staff helps you whit whatever you need there. A very recommendable place to stay in Shiraz!
