I have rated all perfect scores but if I can have more than 100% for location I would apply that! This is the cutest hotel I have booked. Staying in the hotel is like stepping back in time. I love the history of the hotel. Staff are amazingly friendly and absolutely helpful especially when I am clueless about the money or helping me find a taxi or helping me ordering a snap taxi. The room is absolutely clean and quite comfortable-in fact the whole hotel is rather clean. the bed was so relaxing! It is 20 minutes walking distance from the grand bazaar- something I would highly recommend. The breakfast bar is well presented and there is a restaurant on site that was very handy. Such an authentic and relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent location - walking distance to the bazaar and Golestan Palace. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Traditional or "Butique-Hotel" accommodation concept offer unique experience. Place has very positive energy and few courtyards for comfortable sitting with friends. - Highly recommended if you are looking for something more than just room in hotel. The only drawback are wrong GPS-Coordinates - 2 out of 5 taxi drivers could not find the place. And little advice - before you cross the busy main street next to bazaar - stay on the pavement for 5 minutes and observe local "technique" to cross the street.

So this price was completely overpriced for what we got. The room was stinky and it was very dump, not fresh at all. The environment of the hotel was very bad, people are taking drugs there and it is not safe for tourists. Our guide also told us that we should not go out after dark. The hotel told us that we would get a little breakfast because we had to leave so early for our flights back - but we got no breakfast-.. We ate in the hotel restaurant dinner, what was good. But it costs 11 Euro and the person wanted 28 Euro from us!! But we didn't pay that of course.. Just a bad hotel.

The worst hotelstay in my life. Dirty area infornt of the hotel. Terrible smell inside of my room.
