What we’ll do?

Nothing beats drinking warm, quality coffee, made by a coffee master, in the cool and authentic atmosphere of a traditional straw hut.

A mouzif is a beautiful structure made of straw mats that have been around since 31st century BC. It is in this primeval structure that we’ll learn the art of drinking coffee, the Arabic way.

Together with your guide, we’ll enter a mouzif and witness the process of making the perfect cup of coffee from the coffee master. He’ll tell you about the meaning behind each tool, the etiquette of accepting and drinking his coffee, and all the delicate actions a proper guest must observe during the routine.

You also get to ask him anything you wish, learn about this tradition, and leave even more energized than when you entered! What’s more, there are plenty of yummy traditional dishes along with exceptional hookah.
