Generally hotel is really nice, claean with kind staff. Location is really good. The only problem is lack of air conditioning and if you want to open a window there is very big noise from the street.

We stayed one night in the hotel which has a very good location, close to the bazaar and golestan palace, as well as the metro station. The bathroom was not cleaned properly after the previous guests, also, the ceiling has a hole on it and all the noise from the street coming through it. Breakfast was good enough, the stuff was nice and helpful.

Yes, convenient location, good price, and all. But THE BEST PART by far was the staff! They were so helpful and nice, that they made me feel safe, even when we had a very bad experience with the airline, they took us back in for a couple extra hours of sleep. They were an absolute delight, and I'll gladly come back to Tehran with this hotel.
