The 2 star Sepehr apartment hotel has been built back in 2006 and started its work in the same year, it was later renovated in 2018 for quality improvement.

There is a free parking lot with the capacity to hold up to 4 vehicles, this hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but due to its location it is very close to some of tehrans most famous cafes and resturants. This hotel features safe keeping, a green space, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi which is free for the guests , paid hotel transfer, CIP service, fire alarm, a café net, a coffee shop which serves both cold and hot drinks and light snacks, a gym, tour services , a taxi service, laundry service, and internet in the lobby.
