Das Hauptgebäude des Fazeli Hotels wurde in der späten Safavid-Zeit gebaut und in der Qajar- und Pahlavi-Zeit restauriert. Die Wiederherstellung begann 1392 (2013) und wird 1395 (2016) genutzt. Das Hotel Fazeli befindet sich am vaght_o saat Platz (Zentrum des historischen Bereichs) in einer Entfernung von 50 Metern von der großen jam_e Moschee von yazd und einem einfachen Zugang zu historischen Denkmälern mit traditioneller Architektur in den Etagen.
