Established in 1955, Iranshahr hotel was first named Lozan and has a great experience in providing comfortable accommodation. This hotel has undergone effective renovations during the last few years.

Não tenho como avaliar corretamente este hotel, porque a Qatar Airways antecipou meu voo em um dia e eu só estive no hotel por poucas horas. Mas como sempre, nestes hoteis do Iran (exceto os tradicionais) não sei se foi vocês que reservaram o pior quarto, ou porque sou mulher viajando sozinha, nestes hoteis grandes - a partir de 3 estrelas - sempre me reservaram o último quarto no final do corredor e aparentemente o pior quarto do hotel, diferentemente dos hotéis tradicionais menores. Além disso, neste tipo de hotel, a tão famosa hospitalidade iraniana é totalmente inexistente. Ainda bem que em Shiraz, Yazd e Kashan eu optei por reservar os chamados hotéis tradicionais menores - foi a salvação da minha viagem. Se você não se importa em ficar no pior quarto e ser tratado com indiferença então fique nos grandes hoteis de 3, 4 ou 5 estrelas, como HOMA, em Bandar Abbas (horrível), SETAREH em Isfahan (pavoroso), IMAN em Qeshm, ROUDAKI e IRANSHAHR em Tehran.

The hotel is 5min walk from the Ferdowsi metro station. Most of the staff sincerely welcome the guests. All the doormen are very friendly and helpful. They always give you a genuine smile. So is the cleaning lady. The two young ladies at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful too. The hotel is sparkling clean and neat, but the whole atmosphere is a bit too solemn. Breakfast is good though there aren't many varieties.
